The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide on Tuesday, Jan. 11.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3900 block of West Belvedere Avenue for reports of shots being fired, where they found 17-year-old Keye’shawn Wilson suffering from a gunshot wound.
