Woman Shot in Southern District Wooded Area

On Oct. 9, at approximately 1:46 p.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 3700 block of Potee Street for a report of a discharge.

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 40-year-old female in a wooded area suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where her injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.
