A 31-Year-Old Baltimore woman accused of attempted murder rejected a plea deal on Jan. 28 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
During reception court on Friday, Judge Phinn listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of three years for reckless endangerment and one year for discharging a firearm.
Under the plea, the defendant must also register as a gun offender.
The defendant and her defense attorney, Landon White, declined the plea offer.
The defendant’s trial is scheduled for May 18.
