On July 22, at approximately 1:16 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Once there, officers located 21-year-old Khalil McCray suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim later died from his injuries.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was on the 5400 block of Park Heights Avenue, when he was shot by an unidentified suspect.
