Victim Struck by Projectile After an Altercation

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning hours of June 26. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 3800 block of Clarks Lane around 1:18 a.m. in reference to a shooting, where officers discovered that a suspect and a victim had been involved in a physical altercation. During the altercation, the 37-year-old victim was stuck by a projectile. 

Medics responded to the scene and rendered aid.

A person of interest was arrested on the scene, said police.
