On July 10, at around 1:18 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue to investigate a call for a cutting.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male suffering from numerous life-threatening stab wounds on the 5400 block of Belair Road. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the stabbing had occurred on an MTA bus on the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue due to a verbal altercation.
Officers were able to apprehend an unidentified male suspect in this incident.
Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
