The Baltimore Police Department updated the public July 13 about a homicide that took place on the 500 block of E. 22nd Street on July 8.
According to a press release, the victim of the fatal shooting was 34-year-old Alysse Gardner.
The same shooting also left a 35-year-old man injured.
As of Tuesday, there have been 182 homicides in Baltimore in 2021.
