The Baltimore Police Department updated the public July 8 about a homicide that took place four days before on the 4700 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue.
According to a press release, the victim of the fatal shooting was 28-year-old Christopher McCargo.
As of Thursday, there have been 175 homicides in Baltimore in 2021.
