The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding the fatal pedestrian-involved crash that occurred on March 11.
The incident took place in the unit block of West Fayette Street.
The victim has been identified as Ekon Okudo, a Black male born on Feb. 28, 1989.
