The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of June 12.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2900 block of Rogers Avenue around 7:00 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting, where an unresponsive adult woman was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
As a result of evidence found at the scene, investigators believe the incident may be a suicide.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact investigators at 410-396-2100.
