The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the evening on April 3.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1500 block of E. 28th Street around 7:31 p.m. for a shooting, where they found an unidentified man inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to an area hosptial, where he died shortly after.
Homicide detectives are investigating this murder and are asking anyone with information to call (410) 396-2100 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
