The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late afternoon on March 27.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2300 block of East Biddle Street around 4:37 p.m. to investigate a shooting, where they found an unidentified man suffering from an apparent gunshot to the neck.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he is in a critical but stable condition.
