The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the morning on Feb. 14.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3800 block of Potee Street at approximately 7:31 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found an unidentified man suffering from an apparent gunshot to the head while inside a vacant dwelling.
Once they arrived, the medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
