Two Non-Fatal Shooting Cases Scheduled but Not Heard in Court

Two non-fatal shooting cases scheduled on the Baltimore City Circuit Court docket on June 15 were not heard. 

A case for a 31-year-old Baltimore resident was among the uncalled cases.

The defendant is charged with firearm possession with a felony conviction, having a handgun on his person, firing a gun within the city, illegal possession of ammunition within the city, and two counts of illegal possession of a regulated firearm.

The incident took place on July 7, 2020. 

The defendant’s next court date was not updated on the Maryland Judiciary website as of June 15.

The case against Tony Graham, 36, was also not called on Tuesday.

Graham was arrested for allegedly shooting a 26-year-old man on Mar, 27, 2020, on the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue, according to CBS Baltimore

He is charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, firearm use in a violent crime, carrying a handgun, concealing a handgun, and illegal possession of ammunition. 

Graham’s next court date has not been updated on the Maryland Judiciary website.
