Two Male Victims Found Shot

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening of Aug. 3. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 2900 block of Belmont Avenue around 9:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where no shooting victims were found. 

A short time later, officers were called to an area hospital, where two shooting victims walked in seeking treatment.

One victim, a 25-year-old male was shot in the abdomen. His injury is serious. The second victim, a 35-year-old male was shot in the leg and ankle. His injuries are not life threatening.

Southwest District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with it to call 410-396-2488 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
