Two Baltimore Men Arrested for the Murder of a 33-Year-Old Man

Two Baltimore men has been arrested for the murder of a 33-year-old man on May 31, 2021. 

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Jerome Johnson, 31, and Steven Arthur after the incident on the 1900 block of W. Fayette Street, where Jameo McClean was found suffering from a gunshot wound.

On Sept. 26, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Johnson at the Southern District police station while Arthur was arrested on Feb. 2. 

Investigators believe Johnson, and Arthur shot and killed McClean during a residential robbery/dispute inside a home on W. Fayette Street.

Following his arrest, Johnson was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault. Johnson is currently being held without bail.
