The Baltimore Police Department reported July 26 that two 16-year-old boys were arrested for a murder that occurred earlier this month.
According to a press release, both suspects turned themselves in after seeing their pictures on BPD’s social media. They are accused of fatally shooting 38-year-old Clark Hohrein on July 1 on the 600 block of W. Mulberry Street.
After going to police, the suspects were taken to central booking, where they both have been charged as adults with first-degree murder.
As of Monday, there have been 193 homicides in Baltimore in 2021.
