A trial date was set for four co-defendants, each charged with three counts of first-degree murder, during reception court on Oct. 5 at Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Kevin Cleveland, 27, Jabez Johnson, 19, Damien Mickens, 18, and Antoine Trent, 20, will be tried together on June 1, 2022.

Along with three counts of first-degree murder, each defendant is charged with first and second-degree assault, and multiple counts of firearm use in the commission of a crime. Johnson, Mickens, and Trent are also charged with firearm possession as minors.

The four co-defendants had each previously rejected a plea offer of life, suspending all but 70 years, for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of firearm use in the commission of a crime. The plea offer was rejected twice, once in July and again last month.

Cleveland is represented by Andrea Jaskulsky, Johnson is represented by Larry Rogers, Mickens is represented by Robert Linthicum, and Trent is represented by Natalie Finegar.
