On June 13, a 17-year-old Baltimore resident, who is charged with first-degree assault, has a trial scheduled for September.
The defendant is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm during a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, and the unlawful discharge of a firearm in connection to an incident on Nov. 15, 2021.
The defendant was represented by defense attorney Jennifer Davis.
Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn scheduled the defendant’s trial for Sept 20.
