A 31- year-old Baltimore man had his trial rescheduled for May on Feb. 8 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
Tremayne Butler is charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, reckless endangerment, and having a handgun on his person in connection to an incident on May 28, 2019.
Trial was postponed due to the suspension of jury selection with the rise of COVID-19 cases.
Butler was represented by defense attorney Thomas Rafter.
Butler’s trial is scheduled for May 24 with Judge Brooke Murdock presiding.
