Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland, on Oct. 23 scheduled a trial for a 28-year-old man accused of a non-fatal shooting. 

Delvon Harrod is charged with firearm possession, a loaded handgun on purpose, carrying a handgun within 100 yards of a public place, and firing a gun within Baltimore City for an incident in May. 7. 

The two-day trial, is set to begin on Jan. 9, 2025, before Judge Paul J. Cucuzzella.
