The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the afternoon on May 5.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 3500 block of Belair Road around 3:43 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting, where they found evidence that a shooting occurred and three victims that scattered to different areas for safety.
The medics took two 30-year-old male victims and a 51-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
Witnesses reported seeing the gunman standing at the corner of Belair Road and Pelham Avenue shooting in the direction of the victims, said police.
Northeast District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2444.
