A 19-year-old teenager has been arrested for the attempted murder of five male victims on May 10.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Jarell Speaks, 19, exactly two months after the incident on the 2800 block of Boarman Avenue, where three male victims were found suffering from a gunshot to the extremities.

Shortly afterward two additional male victims walked into an area hospital seeking treatment for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Following his arrest, Speaks was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with multiple counts of attempted first-degree murder.
