Katherine Strauch

Katherine Strauch is a Public Health major and Philosophy minor at La Salle University in Philadelphia. She has previously interned at Ceisler Media and Issue Advocacy in Philadelphia specifically working with data analytics, government briefings, and legislative outreach. At La Salle University, Katherine assists with public health research on tobacco outlet density and works as a chemistry teaching assistant. In the future, Katherine will strive to become a public health lawyer to advocate for under-served populations through policy changes that will make America more equitable. She hopes to improve the health of low-income and divided populations by advocating for universal healthcare, prison reform, and women’s rights to create an increasingly even-handed and nondiscriminatory America.
