In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Western District on March 1, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 19-year-old Mandyae Turner of Baltimore.
Detectives learned that Turner shot the 20-year-old male victim multiple times, while inside a business on the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
On April 18, Western District detectives arrested Mandyae Turner and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
