Southwest District Launches Investigation into Brighton Street Non-Fatal Shooting

On March 11, 2023, at approximately 5:24 p.m., Southwest District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to the 3300 block of Brighton Street to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they located a 31-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital by ambulance.

A short time later, an unidentified male victims, walked into a nearby hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound to the body. The injuries sustained by the victim are not life-threatening.
