Southern District Officers Arrest Attempted Murder Suspect

On Dec. 13, at approximately 6:50 a.m., the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force members arrested 21-year-old Alonzo Lindsey.

Detectives believe that Lindsey shot a 19-year-old female and a 20-year-old female on March 21, on the 4000 block of Fort Armistead Road.

During this arrest, detectives discovered that Lindsey had two additional warrants for auto theft and failure to appear.

Lindsey was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
