In reference to the shooting that occurred on Feb. 21 in the 1000 block of Herndon Court, investigators have arrested 42-year-old Ricardo Clarke of Baltimore.
Investigators believe Clarke shot a 32-year-old female during a domestic related argument.
Officers were able to locate Clarke sitting on a bench outside of the hospital emergency room, where the victim was seeking treatment. At the time of the arrest, Clarke was still in possession of a loaded firearm.
Detectives transported Ricardo Clarke to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with various handgun violations and attempted first-degree murder.
