Southeast District Officers Respond to Walk-in Shooting Victim Seeking Help at Area Hospital

On March 18, at approximately 7:16 a.m., Southeast District officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) were dispatched to an area hospital to investigate a shooting victim seeking treatment.

Officers responded to the hospital and observed a 49-year-old male suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to his legs.

Southeast District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.

Preliminary information revealed that the victim was in the 100 block of N. Highland Avenue when he heard gunshots.
