A Baltimore man allegedly involved in a non-fatal shooting accepts a plea offer on Dec. 1 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
A 29-year-old is charged with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, possession of firearms, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, two counts of discharging a firearm within the city, illegal possession of ammo, and two counts of a traffic violation.
Judge Phinn listened as the prosecution presented a plea of 15 years suspending all but time served for possession of a firearm with a felony conviction and time served with three years probation for having a handgun in his vehicle. The charges are set to run concurrently.
The defendant and his defense attorney Durriyyah Hollimon, accepted the plea offer.
