Two non-fatal shooting cases are set to return to Baltimore City Circuit Court next month. One of the defendants, 33-year-old Hughie Martin, is charged with attempted second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, felony use of a firearm in a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, and discharging firearms.
