Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Cynthia H. Jones granted the prosecutor’s request to drop all charges against a defendant charged with assault on Jan. 4.

For reasons unknown to Baltimore Witness, Judge Jones dismissed all charges against defendant Terrell Robinson on Wednesday.

Robinson, 28, was charged with first and second-degree assault, the use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, reckless endangerment, having a loaded handgun on his person, wearing/carrying a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, having a handgun in a vehicle, and discharging firearms in connection to an incident on June 7, 2022.

According to court documents, on the day of the incident, officers were called to the 1600 block of S. Highland Avenue for reports of a shooting. On arrival, officers found a male victim who stated that he had been chased and shot at by the defendant.

The defendant was represented by defense counsel Dominic Iamele.
