A 24-year-old Baltimore man involved in a non-fatal shooting officially had his case nolle pros after the prosecution entered a temporary one last week.
On Sept. 12, prosecutors confirmed their nolle pros entry due to the case being federally indicted before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Davon Hamilton is charged with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, discharging a firearm, and the illegal possession of ammunition in connection to an incident on Feb. 23.
Defense attorney Tara LeCompte represented Hamilton.
