A Baltimore man allegedly involved in gang activity had his case nolle prosed before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Jamal Smiley,19, faces a total of 195 charges including, 11 counts of carjacking, 17 counts of robbery, 20 counts of armed robbery, two counts of participating in a criminal gang, 22 counts of first-degree assault, 23 counts of second-degree assault, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, and two counts of first-degree murder in connection to an incident on Oct. 16, 2018.
On Oct. 14, the prosecutor entered a nolle pros due to the defendant accepting a plea in another case unknown to Baltimore Witness.
Smiley was represented by defense attorney Andrea Jaskulsky.
