A female non-fatal shooting defendant had her case nolle pros by the prosecution on Oct. 19 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.

The 41-year-old defendant, according to the Maryland Judiciary website, was charged with first-degree assault, use of a firearm in a felony violent crime, and second-degree assault in connection to an incident on April 7.

Martin Cohen and Shomari Taylor represented the defendant.
