On Sept. 7, the reception hearing for a Baltimore man allegedly involved in a shooting was nolle pros by the prosecutor before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
The defendant was charged with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, discharging a firearm, and the illegal possession of ammunition in connection to an incident on Feb. 23.
The prosecutor entered to dismiss the case due to it being federally indicted.
The case is scheduled to be heard again in reception court before Judge Phinn on Monday, Sept. 12.
