Prosecution Enters Nolle Pros for Attempted Murder Case

On June 8, the prosecution in an attempted murder case entered a nolle pros before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn

William Wilson, 28, was charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, conspiracy to first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, conspiracy to first and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm during a violent crime, conspiracy to use a firearm during a violent crime, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a firearm, conspiracy to wearing/carrying a handgun and illegal possession of ammo in connection to shooting a man several times on Sept. 15, 2021. Wilson’s co-defendant is Shaquille Kittrell.

The prosecutor entered a nolle pros due to insufficient evidence following the investigation to the identification of the defendant. 

Wilson was represented by defense attorney Roland Harris.
