A 37-year-old Baltimore man accused of attempted murder has\d his charges dropped by the prosecution on Jan. 11 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
The Baltimore resident’s charges included first and second-degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during a violent crime, reckless endangerment, and discharging a firearm in connection to an incident on Sept. 9, 2020.
During reception court on Tuesday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor chose to enter a nolle pros for the case meaning they dropped all charges.
The case was closed due to the prosecution’s inability to locate a specific witness.
