A defendant’s case was postponed on Nov. 2 to give him time to review a plea offer.

The 24-year-old Baltimore resident is charged with two counts of third-degree sex offense, sexual soliciatation of a minor, false imprisonment, second-degree assault, concealing a deadly weapon, and discharging a firearm in connection to an incident on Jan. 1.

Before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn on Tuesday, the defendant and his defense attorney, Jonathan Kerr, requested a postponement, so the defendant could review the offer and decide whether he will accept or reject the plea.

The defendant’s case was scheduled to return to reception court on Nov. 11.
