On Sept. 30, at approximately 1:13 a.m., Eastern District officers responded to the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue to investigate a shooting.
Once at the location, Baltimore Police Department officers found 48-year-old Derrick Brock suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
