The Baltimore Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying witnesses or suspects connected to the Justin Ikenna Onouha homicide on Nov. 9. 

Onouha, 33, was shot on the 1100 block of Bonaparte Avenue.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Metro Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.

If the information leads to an arrest and charges filed, tipsters may be eligible for a $10,000 reward.
