The Baltimore Police Department released the name of a homicide victim on Aug. 19.
Colin Perry, 32, was shot on the 2400 block of W. Pratt Street on Aug. 17.
The victim was a Baltimore resident who resided on the unit block of N. Smallwood Street.
Two other individuals were also shot. They sustained non-life threatening injuries.
