Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the shooting of a 26-year-old male that took place on Oct. 16 on the 1700 block of Russell Street.
According to a press release, officers discovered the victim, who was injured and subsequently transported to an area hospital for treatment.
