On May 18, a man was located in a parking lot on the 2500 block of East Monument Street suffering from a gunshot wound to his ankle.
The 28-year-old victim received treatment at an area hospital.
Officers were dispatched to area of the 700 block of Port Street from a shot-spotter alert.
