The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating a fatal hit and run incident that took place on Oct. 15 on the 2300 block of Harford Road.
Police responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, officers discovered the victim, an unidentified male, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Crash Team investigators were summoned to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
