Police Investigate 3 Shootings within A Mile Radius

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating three shootings of three men last night. All three shootings were less than a mile apart.

Around 8:30 p.m. on May 3, a Northern District officer heard shots fired while conducting a car stop on the 3100 block of Greenmount Avenue. Police said the officer went to the 500 block of Gorsuch Avenue where he found a 30-year-old man who was shot in the leg and back and another man, 23, who was shot in the stomach and buttocks.

Shortly after, other officers were called to the 3400 block of Greenmount Avenue where they found a third man, 25, who was shot in the ankle.

The three men were all taken to nearby hospitals and their conditions are currently unknown.
