Police Identify Southern District Homicide Victim

On June 14, at approximately 9:42 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 4300 block of West Bay Avenue for a report of a possible unresponsive person at the location.

Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located an adult male, obviously deceased on the scene.

The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office, where the cause of death was ruled as a homicide. The manner of death was by shooting. 

The victim has been identified as 39-year-old Dennis Edmonds.
