Police Investigate Fatal Shooting of 17-Year-Old Woman

 On July 31, 2026, at approximately 12:15 a.m., Baltimore Police Department Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 700 block of Lyndhurst Street for a report of a shooting. 

Once there, officers located a 17-year-old Jada Sellers suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where she is listed in critical condition. Sellers passed away from her injuries on Aug. 12.
