Police ID Man Killed in Cliftmont Ave. Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department has identified the 27-year-old man who was killed in a shooting on Sept. 16.

According to a news release, Phillip Hamilton was found by police around 7:20 p.m. on the 3500 block of Cliftmont Avenue with a gunshot wound to his left hip.

He later died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.
