Baltimore Police Department officers arrested a 28-year-old man almost immediately after a shooting on the 3700 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue.
Jordan Mosby was charged Aug. 30 with first-degree attempted murder and other handgun violations for allegedly shooting a 32-year-old male at approximately 1:19 a.m.
The victim was transported to a hospital and received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
